ZOIC®

ZOIC® was founded in 1994 on the mountain biking trails of Marin Headlands, derived from the belief was that clothing plays an integral role in connecting you to the active outdoor experience. While technical performance is a necessary element, components such as color, fit, fabric and feel can enhance the connection. Ultimately this experience evolves into a lifestyle, in which clothing becomes the defining expression. ZOIC’s core purpose is to continually create outdoor clothing that embodies five key elements: performance, fun, comfort, sustainability, and aesthetics.

The ZOIC® target customer is an 18-35 year old individual who leads an active, diverse lifestyle on and off the bike. A children’s line will also be launched in spring 2008, catering to boys aged 8-16 years old. Innovative fabrics added to the ZOIC® collection this year include recycled
bamboo/polyester knits in performance jerseys and tees, recycled bamboo/cotton woven fabric for the shorts and knickers and 100 percent organic cotton tees. The ZOIC® line features men’s, women’s, and kid’s cycling shorts, knickers, liners, jerseys, graphic tees, gloves and socks.

ZOIC® is carried by independent bike dealers, national sporting good chains, online, and national outdoor retail chains. Products are competitively priced for the Bike industry at retail prices ranging from $45-$90.
